Teens ages 13-18 are invited to a Teen Winter Party at the Vineland Public Library on Wednesday, December 15 from 3:30-5:30 p.m. in the library’s Community Event Room.

Celebrate the beginning of winter with some hot cocoa, light refreshments and games.
